What If Confidence Starts With Obedience
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Would you trust a warning that sounds impossible and keep building anyway? We start with Noah’s Ark, not as a cute kids’ story, but as a clear picture of obedience, pressure, and faith when the crowd thinks you’ve lost it. We talk about why the world had to reset, why Noah stands out, what it means to follow God when it doesn’t make sense, and why the rainbow promise still matters as a symbol of mercy and a fresh start.
Then we pivot into something super practical: confidence in real life, especially at school. We break it down into simple “grade level” lessons, from remembering you’re not weird for feeling awkward to building confidence by doing small brave things. We get into self-talk, embarrassment, and why action comes first and confidence follows, especially when you feel like everyone else has it together.
We also keep it honest about middle school distractions and conflict: staring, rumors, people trying to start something while you’re just trying to work. We share strategies that actually help, like moving seats, creating space, and staying focused. And because our brains move fast, we finish with a rapid run through sports culture and headlines: Jacksonville Jaguars energy and defense, Trevor Lawrence debates, WNBA buzz around Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever, Real Madrid pressure and tactics, plus WWE chaos with IShowSpeed and Logan Paul.

Noah’s Ark And Trust
SPEAKER_00Alright, what's up y'all? We back with another episode. Y'all ready? Alright, first we finna get into all star Noah's and Ark. I know last time we did Cain and Abel. Now we doing Noah's and the Ark. You know, Noah the one who made a big change helping similarly. First long time ago the world has forgotten gotten really messed up. People were doing wrong things all the time, being mean, hurting others, and I was listening to God. It got so bad that God decided to start over, but he didn't want to destroy everyone. There was one name, one man named Noah. Noah was different. He listened to God, obeyed him, and tried to do what was right. Yeah, he always got to just listen to God because God can make a really good change in their life. Like absolute just stressed the process. So God chose Noah for a special mission. Now here's where it gets interesting. God told Noah to build an ark. And when I say ark, I don't mean a little canoe or fishing boats. I mean a huge boat, like bigger than a football field, kind of huge. And this, get this, it have never rained like that before. So people thought Noah was crazy. Imagine your neighbors are building a giant ship in their yard saying a flood is coming. You'd probably be like, uh, okay. But Noah did not care what people thought. He trusted God to work next part. Animals is my favorite. And God told Noah to bring the animals onto the ark. Two of the every kind male or female. So picture this lions, elephants, birds, snakes. I walk into the ark. I'm not gonna lie, I would not want to be in charge of getting snakes. And Noah did not just bring animals, he also brought his family. God was saving them too. The rain just started. It ran for 40 days, 49 straight. That's over a month of straight rain. The whole earth fled. Everything outside the ark was covered with water. But inside the ark, no one and his family were safe. Now imagine being stuck on a boat with a bunch of animals for that long. Like who's cleaning up after the elephants? Must have been a full-time job. After a longer little the rain stopped, the water slowly went down. Noah even sent out b birds to check if there was driving yet. Finally, the art landed on a mountain when uh when they got off the art, Noah thanked God and made a promise. He would never flood the earth again. He m he do because rainbows come. And like, yeah. Like this is really important. Noah trusted God even when it didn't make sense. He kept going when people probably laughed at him, like, ah, like what is he talking about? Like that. And at the end, doing the right thing saved him. You should always listen to God because God really makes a change. I'm repeating that. Because he really makes a change in my in your life. And he made a change in my life too. Like really. He really makes changes in everybody's life.
Confidence Lessons By Grade
SPEAKER_00Y'all should be uh like y'all should be like like you know I know it feels like everybody has it together, but let look first grade. Here you go for first grade. Some people just hide it better. That quiet kid probably nervous. The loud the loud kid might be overcompensating. The popular kid still worries about people what people think. So if you feel awkward, you're not weird, you're human. Second grade, confidence is not being perfect. Confidence is not being perfect. A lot of people think confident means never being embarrassed, or you know what to say looking perfect. Nope. Confident actually means you're okay with being perfect. You mess up, you might say something weird, but instead of shutting down, you keep going. That's real confidence. Third grade, do small brave things. You don't have suddenly become super outgoing overnight. Start small, say hi to someone new in class, like answer one question in class, sit somewhere different at lunch, like, yeah, my brother in that grade. It might feel uncomfortable, but that's how confidence grows. Fourth grade, watch yourself talk. This is a big one. If your brain is always saying I'm so awkward, I'm not cool, everybody judges me, then yeah, you're feeling nervous all the time. Try flipping it. I'm learning, I'm getting better. It's so it's okay to me. You don't have to lie to yourself, just stop being your own biggest critic. Fifth life oftentimes, awkward moments happen a lot, trip in the hallway, says the wrong answer, voice cracks in class instead. I'm thinking my life over, just laugh. Seriously, people forgot faster than you think. And honestly, being able to laugh at yourself makes more confident. Final thought. Confidence doesn't come first, action comes first, then confidence follows. That's real talk, you guys. Real talk. I
Middle School Distractions And Conflict
SPEAKER_00don't talk about conference. So this boy, while I'm just like on my work on a computer, I don't know my work was able to play a game. He was he just poured, he just touched me with milk. I'm looking crazy. It's that same boy who took off a headband and started running and passed to the other boy. Then one of the other boys telling something, he they just nutted on the boy's computer. Like like they they think that's stuff funny. That's when my war spirits are on like Alec does, and then teacher, Mr. Simmons just be watching him sitting there like he's trying to, he's like saying, he's like I ain't he ain't saying like it's just like him just being like, uh uh, they just just do it because I don't really care. But fifth period health class teachers and teacher and worse, teachers amazing, it's just the kids all just like getting bothered by this girl. Like one one uh yesterday telling me they want to fight me for it for what? But he don't want to start instead of just looking at me crazy. I know just staring at me. I know it's their eyes, but he's doing it to bother me when I'm trying to focus. She just bothers me how he's staring. Like just can't it's just kinda it's just constantly he's doing on purpose. You could tell if you if I'm not asking him to stop, he just like shook his head no. Because he looked at me crazy. So I just really get mad and like like I said, you yeah, like you like me or something, and stop staring at me then prove that like it's just just it's sad how school really is and like you just feel like you don't want to be in school no more. Like it's just a lot of stuff just going on in school. Like you get what I'm saying? Well, you're in middle school now, you're not in them uh elementary grades where you think uh people won't just bother you. People don't bother you in middle school, it's middle school. It's not like elementary where you where you just sit and go outside every day, play every day, go home, repeat, eat, sleep, repeat, and do all that stuff. It's not like that in middle school. Well it is, you do eat sleep repeat. Uh that's a game to say. But still, you gotta just do stuff that you think is right. Like somebody bothering you, just just get away from it. Just move to another seat because that's what I ask the teacher to do. Can I move my seat? 'Cause I cause I don't want to keep getting bothered by this boy. He'll just keep bothering me, telling people I said something bad to them even though I didn't then that's just getting me in trouble. So I asked the health teacher, can he move me? So let that boy just want to scrap me while I'm trying to focus. And I actually did my work, the teacher said he called. Teacher just like, you know, I get praise from all my teachers. Great is looking good right now. I'm just oh, I'm going to summer count though. Well, yeah. Yeah, well, we just doing good though. Yeah. We're about to make it. Roster
Jaguars Hype And Team Mentality
SPEAKER_00shuffling near misses and internal questions. Jack's little has finally taken a step. Taking the step fans have been waiting for. What changed is just about everything. Like y'all think Jack's feel was the worst team. They got kicked out the playoffs last year and like all that. Front office doubled on speed, explosiveness, and defensive discipline. Yeah, like they defense on like I haven't watched football, so I can't say much. I really know about this, cause like, yeah, you know, the offense lean into a modern hydro scheme that mixes the vertical aggression of classic NFL passing attacks with the misdirection, heavy run concept sweeping through today's league. Opponents enter game, expecting finesse, and instead run to a team that hits like a heavyweight fan style like Jackson Jaguars would be like, uh uh, why am I sitting just watching them lose? Like, you know they're gonna lose. Jaguars defensive front l like led by improved gaps, control, and more discipline pursuit angels has dominated the line of scrimmage. Secondary wants the most the team's most inconsistent unit, also remarkable growth for opponents who previously scratched them vertically now struggled to find anything past 15 yards. But the biggest shift is mentality. That's what it's playing like a team with something to prove. Home games have felt like electric events with the crowd wheeling the team through closed fourth quarter possessions and the lost like who dismissed them as a year away now. Hopefully, I meant they were wrong. Are the Jacksonville Jaguars poised for a deep postseason run? If they keep it up, this man of physicality and creativity, the answer looks more like a certain le certainity in the question art like from the moment she stepped onto the court for the India fever.
Caitlin Clark And Basketball Growth
SPEAKER_00I don't really watch basketball like that. Helena Clark has been gravitational center of the WNBA's attention by until 26. Now deep into her early pro years, she's been doing more than drawing crowds and boosting viewership. She's transforming the game. It's like players like from just going down to up. Let me read this more. This season has showcased Clark's evolution not only as a scorer but as a complete floor general. Her core vision remains core vision remains uh match, but now she's using it to control tempo, shift defenses, and manipulate match ups in ways readily seen for young players. And young players just always goes up. What was once deep range, notably has become a tactical weapon that forces teams to pick her up nearly at half court. But go back to Jess of Jaguars. I know some people hate young Trevor Lawrence saying he's the best he's the worst uh quarterback. He needs to go see him. I was agreeing with that though, because like just how he plays now. Yeah, I could tell why they say that. But her connection with her post players back to WNBA dramatically improved, turning routine possessions into layered reads encounters, where she used to rely heavily on high role pick and rolls. She now works fluidly through off-ball actions punishing defenders who case go under or switch. And basketball's crazy though. Like that like I just wish uh Jacksonville had a team though. Objacksville. Like they don't really have a team, but Jacksville Giants. That's not NBA though. That's not they have a college team, but that's not NBA. I mean everywhere. Orlando has an NBA team. Like, why can't we get one? Yeah, they don't they don't they really they don't really uh upgrade Jacksonville for real. Only thing I really see Jacksonville have is just Jacksville Jack War Stadium. Like, yeah.
Real Madrid Pressure And Tactics
SPEAKER_00Okay, real Madrid with club interns 2026 campaign surrounded by sky high expressions. The pressure maintains global football. This is soccer, but we call it they call it football in the other countries, but we call it soccer. Center has been even higher. And yet Madrid continues to thrive. The squad showcases a blend of seasoned veterans and explosive young talent. Only players I know is really Ronaldo and Messi and the other players from Portugal. And well, Messi, I don't know how they keep switching though. Cause at first they ain't on Argentina, they on Portugal. It's just like they it's like a day, you know, like in a day you switch to this, then you switch back to that, switch to this, switch back to that. Like it's like that. They do be switched around. Like if you don't like pick a team, the score, like this is just the tactical structure empathizes quick recoveries, fluid transitions, and rentless pressure. A strategy that has allowed Madrid to suffocate opponents and dictate pace from kickoff up to the final whistle. And League play Madrid consistently has been almost mechanical. I just don't know. I just don't know about like Ronaldo and Messi now. I'll be doing everything else.
WWE Chaos With IShowSpeed
SPEAKER_00Like oh yeah, I wanna talk about the WWE though. For real, like it was crazy. It was like crazy because you know how I should speed team to Logan another one against J and Jimmy Wso. Well I should speed through the person, he I should speed through the person to Logan, then they got mad. The team the player, the wrestler on Ashle Speed team just started beating up I show speed, and then Logan Paul got mad because how he accidentally threw him. But I think nobody expected uh speed to do this. Imagine speed one on the WWE roster. I don't think nobody expected speed to fight like that. I ain't expecting just how he got beat up by Randy Orton and other players. I wasn't expecting that. But yeah, but then he's that boy, he ain't slamming no more. He he he was on that real thing, boom, fell on Logan. Logan got injured because James Jimmy was helping him, how he was getting bullied by them boys. Like he that boy walked in with the same on he takes over his light, he walked in with the same energy, loud, chaotic, energetic, and completely impossible to ignore. But like you just like imagine though, speed's appearance wasn't even announced. WWET's uh mirror mystery viral figure, but almost nobody yes it'll be him. Cause y'all just know I shall speed as a streamer rather be going to countries, YouTube rather be trolling people who just be doing like Suey, suey, suey.
